Regulation, A Publicly Proclaimed Edict

Regulation is an abstract concept of management of complex systems according to a set of rules and trends. In systems theory, these types of rules exist in various fields of biology and society, but the term has slightly different meanings according to context.

In government, typically a regulation specifically means a piece of the delegated legislation drafted by subject matter experts to enforce a statutory instrument (primary legislation)

in business, industry self-regulation occurs through self-regulatory organizations and trade associations which allow industries to set rules with less government involvement. Source, Wikipedia…

Good government will if proper allow any and every one to make a living, not a killing, and not off the backs of the unlearned with complicated instruments that are one sided and rigged against the uneducated in the ways of high finance…
