We know that hair dyes on heads is not a requirement to practice journalism on television, it only seems so, as for the clownish appearance of some women, that seems more like a choice…

I’ve been watching a few female actors pitching facial product on television for years, they will probably continue to do so for as long as there are blond hair dyes, and their facelifts hold up. However, according to my time clock, that can’t be that much longer. Time has its own sequence of laws that we all must adhere to, marketing gods or not…

A few years ago I was in the market, was tired of renting, wanted to own a piece of a rock. Had a genuinely nice realtor who drove me about town to look at a few condos, on our third day out, he finally confessed, I guess he had started to like me. No need for us to continue looking, he went on, none of the building boards ruling the buildings that we saw, are likely to approve of my purchase, they all have ‘these restrictions’, wink – wink. It was then that I knew exactly what he meant. The above memory  came rushing back to me, when I viewed on the news the power of some condo boards sway when repair budgets are seemingly discussed like they may have been in Florida…

I stand in dread by the amount of open animosity expressed toward illegal immigrants in a nation of immigrants, I submit every current family has had at least one member that started out as an illegal, one would think minimally, a little compassion would be more in the offering, instead of the open damnation, being painted of them as gang members and traffickers of drugs. It seems Americas need illegals to perform the jobs that most native-born Americans just won’t do, like harvesting crops and empty hospital bed pans. I guess I have to be thankful for one thing, that the ‘red scare’ is over.

‘Defund the police’ does not mean less expenditures overall, but it does mean spending less on tanks and other military type hardware, more on crisis solving management personnal, something that is lacking in every police department in America, where every nail requires a hammer.

If the quality of their journalism were of the upper most of importance, I would think news organizations would gladly report the ages and the number of journalistic degrees held by their anchors and reporters. Instead of enthusiastically displaying the pictured hair dyed heads of its anchors and reporters.

Anyone tuning into a news and information television program fronting by a woman, here’s what they are expecting, a streaking hair dyed facially made-up woman, never one that is bald-headed, having just gotten used to seeing some kinky haired women delivering the news, never with any gray hair. Now that that expectation bridge has been crossed, sort of, remember women are not men…

There are recently so many bald-headed males appearing on television that we barely notice or bother to stare at them anymore. For bald-headed females, that is not the case, baldness among females is not yet widely culturally accepted and it seems they are everywhere on television, but are wigged. If I were to produce a list of the often-seen bald females, you will proberbly say, no way, then you will be lying to both yourself and your own eyes, just look at the hair styles that have not changed on some heads in years, they are the bald-headed women, wigged. And know this, baldness among women, they have never been immune…its time for us to accept them for what they are, and not pretend that they don’t even exist. 

Journalism is not like a commodity to be pitched like soap or toothpaste, for its practice it only requires it to be reported fairly and accurately, and yet its pitched-on television by the enhanced hair dyed with all the puff and fluff the moneyed networks can afford, hoping for that big payday of more viewer eyeballs of which advertised dollars are based. Instead of displaying the journalistic degrees of its presenters, they luridly display their blond hair dyed and greasy lipped women and movie idled males. Tune in to their next broadcast for another one of their big paydays…

For centuries, the Great Plains indigenous peoples freely roamed following the large bison herds that was their means of food, skinned shelter and bone tools, the complete animal was a necessary element for their lifestyle and survival. When the newly arrived settlers began hunting them to near extinction, a few brave indigenous peoples ‘violently objected’, resented the settlers encroachment on their lands, the settlers seemed to voice, “how dare they act in defiance, by trying to curtail our presence”. It was not enough for the plains people to be confined to so-called reservations, but to alter their heritage with schools for their children, forbidding their languages and manner of dress, that led to the once historical Indian Wars.
