Fakery Run Amok

Once upon a time in America, women  liked to point to their Afrocentric hairdo with ethnic pride, but not anymore, not since the growing popularity of the trashy look of the streaked blond hair dyed smokie eyed television journalists. Now even they have sucomed to the spoilage and stench by appearing in straight-haired wigs, or worse, blond dyed straighten twine masquerading as human hair, Hollywood style.

Its Foggy Over There

For the past fifty years or so, a distinguished presidential panel of the most scholarly minds and PhD’s in the country forming a thinktank is commissioned to address homelessness and crime, all with the same ineffective meaningless recommendations, resulting in nothingness… Last week I heard from a high school dropout that offered some progressive insights. She suggested reduced higher educational cost, would be cheaper than a penitentiary stay, universal college debt forgiveness, such proposals have been offered before, but her plan seemed more detailed. Anyway, with a population of the higher educated, they would be able to earn more, no need to engage in petty crimes, will be able to pay higher taxes, with all of the above for the national good. However, there will be a high startup cost, but once in full gear, the wonder will be, why didn’t we do all this before? I’ll tell you, failure to see pass the current shoreline and over the horizon…

People On Television Are Looking Ho-Hum

As an observational blogger I often blog about subjects I can see that you can clearly observe too. I have been accused by readers, of being a marketing agent for Amazon Prime because of the number of times it is praised, well here is the reason why. I love, will only watch a movie if it can be called ‘off the beaten path’, meaning from a no-name studio, or a coalition of no well-known studios, employing no big-named actors or writers, just mostly current marketing trends confirmed, here’s what I have noticed. It’s often possible for the entire movie cast to be hair dyed, no gray hair, with a lot of blonds thrown in. It’s a pattern currently in vogue on American televison shows and by appearance minded journalists, if any deviation is ever seen, just refer to it as a rarity and watch with wonderment, and how well within a very narrow margin of appearance creativity is being displayed.

Any Minute Now

On the 18th of August 1920, women in the U.S. took the right to vote from Congress, soon after many professions once shut begin to open up for them. Today, there have never been so many women employed as journalists on television, leading some look-see girls hoping to become one of them one day. And with that perceived progress came the realization that to stay employed up to retirement they will have to dye their hair, which can mean a lot a hair dying well into their late seventies, but only if a network or station will allow them to toil until then…or are simply replaced by a newer model…

That Is Not The Real You

It breaks my heart to see that a journalist has lied to me, especially when I can clearly see it as clear as daylight. Journalists are smart people; I have often thought so. This question, are they not aware of Wikipedia that may have posted their date of birth, or that Google may have images of them going back years, and yet, they present themselves as the younger of their once was…

“When The Time Comes”

Odd thing about those government programs designed to shelter the homeless, feed the hungry, they have always been against and demonized as ‘socialism’ by those that have never needed a handout or are unlikely to ever be in urgent need of such programs. However, if they ever did, it’s nice to know they will be available for them too.

News Maestros

If you ever watch The Five, a wall-to-wall paneled television discussion program of blond hair dyed punditry on the Fox News Channel, one can only expect a ‘meaningful dissuasion’ of that day’s top news stories. Also do expect any subject to be open to discussion, even the 1939 film, Gone With The Wind, in avoidance rather than of any current event of that day or week in the news.

Let’s Rethink This

Did anyone expect tobacco companies to suddenly on their own  stop manufacturing or advertising their products after it was determined to be harmful for human consumption, cutting short their huge earning profits. Well then, rethink fossil fuels and toxic plastics, see what you come up with…
